Cynthia serves primarly Christian women, particularly those in midlife and beyond, who want to know God more deeply, understand what they believe, connect biblical truth, and live it practically.
If you are uncertain I recommend you connect with Cynthia Online in one of her weekly office hours (usually on Thursdays). Be sure you've subscribed to her email community to get new information and links to upcoming meetings. If you are ready to jump in, I recommend you join Rooted. It is a foundational course with connection opportunties with me weekly, outside of the public office hours meeting on Thursday.
The difference between accumulating biblical information (knowing about God) and learning to live in daily relationship, obedience, dependence, and fellowship with God.
Christian discipleship is the lifelong process of learning to follow Jesus, become more like Him, and live according to His Word.
It is more than attending church, gaining Bible knowledge, or completing studies. Discipleship means learning who God is, understanding who you are because of Jesus, allowing Scripture to shape the way you think and live, following the leading of Holy Spirit, obeying what God teaches you, and growing toward spiritual maturity.
A disciple does not simply know what Jesus taught. A disciple learns to walk with Him and put His teaching into practice in everyday life.

Scripture remains foundational, but Cynthia's emphasis is not simply learning more information. she helps women understand how truths about God, identity in Jesus, Holy Spirit, spiritual warfare, prayer, obedience, renewing the mind, and spiritual maturity fit together and affect everyday life.
Many of the women I serve have been Christians for years. Their problem often is not lack of exposure to biblical teaching, but difficulty connecting and applying what they already knowin their daily life. Cynthia's focus is how to put the pieces together and walk it out with God every day.
Joining Cynthia is a great opportunity to get out of where you are get started on the riight path. Struggling with Bible reading, prayer, hearing God, obedience, or spiritual growth does not necessarily mean you need more information. You may need clarity, structure, practical application, accountability, and mentoring.
These are the four step pathway I walk with my clients through, rooted establishes your foundation, so that you are not movable and you have a solid foundation to build upon. Formed is where we begin to dig into transformation. Allowing Holy Spirit to work in us to moke us like Jesus. Abide is learning to live in His presence daily. and Equipped is the big step we take to utilize our gifts, story and purpose of our life.
Renew is offered usually three times a year. The topics vary and come from requests, or from a word from the Lord. They generally are a 12-week coaching program based upon one specific topic. Be sure to check your recent emails, as annouments are sent via email first. Then they are offered publically.
Mentoriing: Yes- most of what Cynthia does is mentoring. She believes that discipleship occurs best in relationship. therefore her heart is to connect deeply with her clients in order to delevelop trust and the ability to speak truth in every area. SO FREE MINISTRY addresses deper areas that need healing and freedom. it is an intensive , scripture-centered ministry process for people who are ready to address long-term wounds, strongholds, or areas of spiritual bondage.
Typically those who request this ministry has an area or areas of their life they have not been able to get free from. Repeated faiiled relationships, Marriage in crisis, sin you can not get away from, cycles and patterns that you realize you've been living in but have no idea how to get out of them.
The acual ministry is about 20 hours (not countring pre-sessions and aftercare). the best results occur when all five sessions are received within a one week period.
If that is not possible, Cynthia will only work with individuals who will commtt to sessions being schedules and held within 30 days. The process includes five sessions 2-3 hours each with pre-session work and one year of once a month after care. The ministry investment is $2,500.00
